QC Process:

Equipped with laser cutting, CNC shearing, CNC punching, CNC bending, automatic riveting, automatic welding, automatic spraying, tooling, polishing, silk screen printing, assembly and other large workshop, has all kinds of advanced testing equipment, perfect detection means.

Well- experienced in providing production for Custom design and OEM order.

Managed in-house Q/A department with team of welding and fabrication inspectors along with theodolite/total station and latest 3D modeling and surveying equipment for setting out and X-ray inspection and ultrasonic inspection give our clients every confidence with fit-up on site. Facility also accommodates NDT of welds, painting inspection, site erection and surveys.

Also, we have a large number of outstanding professionals making and executing strict standards for the quality of the products.Our factory has comprehensive quality test equipment and professional quality report to meet ourcustomers’ demand. We invest lots of laboratory facilities for production analysis.

Test Equipment:

Coating thickness measurement, hardness test, humid heat resistance test, visible spectrophotometer test and so on are carry out strictly for quality assurance. Outstanding comes from high quality is always our belief.
